| The Movies / Scenic Drive |
| After the morning
at the dragstrip, we had some time free in the afternoon. Some people chose to see The Matrix Reloaded, while a
few others saw Bruce Almighty.
Gary H also led a scenic drive through the Nachez
Trace Parkway. I went with the
group that saw The Matrix Reloaded.
As we'd expect, the effects were amazing (especially the chase scene), the audio
was killer, and it was a pretty good movie. I did like the first one a bit better
than this one though. |

Karts What would a Rally be without our traditional visit to a go-kart track? At the right you can see Kevin K, Darin H,
and Dirk H ready to go. |

| In addition to a road-course style track, the park also had a 'slick' track. The ends of the oval had an extremly smooth epoxied floor surface. It was a blast to hang the back end out around the corners, and it was not easy to do without looping the kart. |

it has been Alex P's mission to drive aggressively enough to get ejected from the track.
In fact, he has been quite successful - until this year. Better luck next
time, Alex! After thrashing the
go-karts, we drove back to the hotel to get some rest for tomorrow's activities. |
