After driving like madmen (and women) all morning, it was time for lunch.  We hopped in the back of Matt B's truck for the short trip to the track's concession stand.  Even though we weren't on the track at the moment, the enjoyment didn't stop.  There is plenty of BS and bench racing that has to take place also.
    
  
Mike N flipped open his wallet.  Next to the photos of his family was a photo of a Sky Red Line.  How often do you see that?

It's things like this that make me feel a little more normal.  :)
  

  

  

Plenty of wrenching also occurs during any spare moment when a car is not on the track.  At the above left, you can see Doug N and Deebs reconfiguring the exhaust on Doug's SC2.

Amanda and Brian can be seen enjoying some relaxation between sessions in front of their Miata.

    

  

  

   
 Here's another photo taken by Mike N of Matt B in his '92 SC.  Matt is preparing to start competing in SCCA Improved Touring and this was some important practice time for him.
